The machinery is commissioned in the customers plant with real products and any necessary adjustments or modifications made are based on the technicians experienced judgement.
The lead technician is responsible working closely with all project partners to manage and shape the fine details to achieve the project objectives
G Mondini technicians are competent to install from single machine installation up to complex lines where a number of different suppliers and technologies are involved.
We are present on site until the line is formally handed over to the customer. The timing is entirely dependant on the complexity especially if there is a high degree of automation in the project
Final step is train all relevant personnel so they can continue to operate the new packaging line once the technicians have left site.
Our relationship with each customer is strengthened further with our after sales packages which are designed to suit, from a single machine installation up to the most automated and complex lines. Customer support is enhanced through service/maintenance contracts, telephone technical help lines, direct system fault finding via Ethernet and when required timely intervention by G. Mondini technicians.
At G Mondini we hold a large inventory of spare parts for prompt delivery any where in the world. This complements our local sales organisations who replicate this approach to ensure customers always stay in production.
