Tray sealing Skin packaging technology delivers vacuum packs (i.e. a package from which the partial pressure of atmospheric gases has been reduced) where the product is enclosed between a tray/support and a top film which covers the product like a second skin.

MAP delivers the extension of the shelf life of fresh food products from a few days to 1, maximum 2 weeks depending on food products and process. Food typically packed in MAP ranges from fresh proteins, to smoked and proceed meat, dairy, fruit and vegetables, ready meals, snacks, etc.
