A fully automatic dosing, filling and sealing line developed for sauces, dips and other pumpable convenience foods.
The integrated MAP packaging line manages the complete process, from automatic tray feeding and precise product dosing to sealing, tray merging and optional snap-on lid application.
Designed for hummus, guacamole, dips, sauces and similar products, the line can produce both single- and multi-compartment packs, offering flexible portioning, effective product separation and strong shelf appeal.
Every component operates as part of one coordinated system, creating a continuous workflow and supporting consistent packaging quality, production reliability and overall line efficiency.
Where Line Performance Begins
Automatic tray separation and controlled transport create a smooth and organised process from the first production stage.
Positioned at the beginning of the line, the inclined tray denester automatically separates stacked trays and places them onto the chain conveyor in the correct orientation.
Its versatile structure can handle different tray formats and materials, maintaining a continuous flow without deforming the trays.
The six-metre chain conveyor then transports each tray through inspection, dosing and packaging, maintaining the correct pitch, position and alignment before entry into the Trave® 384.

Precision dosing and synchronised movement ensure accurate portions during continuous production.
The VF/SP-E-4 electronic piston filler deposits hummus and similar-density products into the trays with precision and repeatability, ensuring consistent portions even when processing creamy or textured products.
G.Mondini dosing systems can be configured with multiple filling heads, insulated or heated hoppers and mixing systems, adapting to different product characteristics and production requirements.
The moving head for synchronised dosing follows the trays as they advance, keeping the dispensing point correctly centred and supporting smooth, high-speed continuous production.
Complete Control of Every Critical Packaging Parameter
Precise sealing, organised tray merging and optional automatic lid application complete the packaging process.
The Trave® 384 VG-H Super manages the vacuum, gas flushing and sealing stages, precisely controlling the parameters that determine pack safety, integrity and quality.
In this configuration, it processes round PET trays with a diameter of 123 mm, available in different heights and in single-, double- or triple-compartment versions.
After sealing, the 2-to-1 tray merger combines the two output lanes from the double-row sealing tool into one organised production flow, accurately synchronising, aligning and spacing each tray.
The packs can then continue towards a stacker, downstream packaging operations or an optional Snap-on Lid system, which automates rigid-lid placement while maintaining packaging consistency and production continuity.
