A NEW TRAVE 1200

The efficiency and effectiveness of the G.Mondini equipment over the other two machines was the driving reason My Muscle Chef decided to dismantle one of the other machines and purchase a new Trave® 1200.

This being the bigger sister of other G.Mondini it has now become the preferred machine based on the success of its unmatched performance. «We have now placed another order for a second Trave®1200 to replace the other brand completely.» continues Mr. Dunn «The efficiencies of these machines will allow us to keep up with the growing market demand for our products and ensure the consistency and quality of our products.»

DARFRESH ON TRAY, A CHOICE FOR GROWTH

Thanks to the new partnership with G.Mondini, My Muscle Chef has created a line of packs with Darfresh On Tray® technology to increase the Shelf Life of the products. With Trave® it was also possible to increase the efficiency of the production processes, through speed and performance of the equipment.
