The first contact with G.Mondini lines took place at the customer site, where the managing director, Mr. Marco Spalla was immediately impressed by the simplicity of use and the speed of production of the Mondini machines. He invited us to his office for a discussion and we asked him what the reasons were that led him to decide to invest and embrace the philosophy of G. Mondini.

Euroverde's target was to increase the performance of the production department that deals with ready meals and consequently to improve the efficiency of the sector.
