Available in both line-mounted and side-mounted versions, the G.Mondini Vertical Denester is designed for efficient tray handling with increased autonomy. It is equipped with a tall multi-cavity storage unit that ensures continuous denesting with minimal manual intervention.
Thanks to its flexible installation and automatic selectors, it can be integrated directly above or beside the conveyor system, adapting to various layouts and achieving speeds of up to 100 trays per minute in side-mounted configuration.

The Vertical Denester is equipped with a wide multi-cavity storage unit and automatic selectors that allow it to pick and release trays without manual assistance. This makes it ideal for operations requiring longer production cycles and reduced operator involvement.
The system can be installed directly on the conveyor (belt/line) or positioned laterally for better tray management. The standard version reaches approximately 60 trays/min, while the side-mounted version can achieve up to 100 trays/min, offering exceptional throughput and flexibility across line configurations.
