Compact and efficient, the G.Mondini NG Denester is designed for high-speed operation and precise tray handling. It supports integration with buffer conveyors and manages a wide variety of tray types with high repeatability and minimal footprint.
Available in two configurations—NG and NGS—it adapts to multiple formats and production demands. The system can be used as a standalone unit or fully synchronized with TRAVE tray sealers through a central PLC.

SUITABLE FOR HIGH-SPEED AND FLEXIBLE FORMATS
The NG Denester handles trays with servo-controlled accuracy and can run continuously or intermittently. The NG version uses automatic selectors for rapid, repeatable tray release.
The NGS version replaces selectors with screw-based unstacking, acting on the tray flange. It allows tool-free format changes in about one minute and supports custom, round, or irregular tray shapes, improving line flexibility and reducing downtime.
