ADVANTAGES
One of the main advantages of our G.Mondini system is the ability to provide precise and homogeneous ‘one-shot’ dosing. This dosage can be loaded into the tray in a single pass, significantly improving process efficiency. Alternatively, our Pet Food line is highly configurable to allow for the dosing of two different components in the same tray: a solid part, dosed in various ways (multi-head, cup filler, etc.), and a liquid part, which can be pumped directly into the tray. This flexibility enables adaptation to the specific needs of each product, ensuring maximum quality and consistency.
MATERIAL AND FORMAT VERSATILITY
The second significant advantage of our lines is its extraordinary versatility. Our tray sealer can handle both plastic and aluminum trays, as well as film and precut lids.
VACUUM AND GAS
All our lines can be configured for vacuum and gas packaging, ensuring the freshness and shelf life of pet food products. This additional feature enables us to meet the needs of products sensitive to oxidation while maintaining food safety.
