G.Mondini SpA will take part to IFFA Exhibition 2019 in Frankfurt from 4th to 9th May, Hall 11.1 Stand B60.
We will demonstrate how G Mondini as market leader was first to address the issues of sustainability through two of our most innovative systems: Launch of “Mondini Paperseal” and
Thermosealer Solution, Platform System for Pre-made and Platformed trays with Slimfresh option with Vacuum Skin Packaging.
The new “Mondini Paperseal System” specifically developed for modified atmosphere applications and technology using sustainable cardboard trays, the first line consists of:

Tray denester able to denest our Paperseal boards (not formed) into the chain conveyor to transfer tray
First Trave-1200-VG _ Paperseal forming Station.
Second Trave-1200-VG _ TOP SEAL Station.

The second line is based on the unique Thermosealer Technology and demonstrates how easily they can move between packaging formats and technology in a simple modular process, and the line composition is:

Tray denester able to denest our Slicefresh® boards.
Chain conveyor to transfer tray and Slicefresh® to the tray sealer.
Platformer® 1200 to produce in line 13Dtrays (h 13-40) starting from a bottom film reel, granting cost saving and faster change over tool compared to traditional thermoforming system.
Lip Trays are lip formed for best pack quality.
Trave 1200 to top seal in SKIN both Paperseal, Slimfresh® and Platformed® trays.
